What it does
The numbers of a business get audited every year because the law requires it. The system that produces those numbers has never been audited at all. The Growth Audit is that missing audit. It examines how the business runs across four pillars: operational architecture, financial visibility, technology infrastructure, and go-to-market. The output is a ranked list of what to fix first, what each gap is costing now, and what the fix returns.

How it works

  • Intake. Structured inputs across the four pillars. The number of functions in scope sets the duration.
  • Pattern-finding. Inputs are read against a pattern library built by running the diagnosis by hand across nine sectors and two markets. What limits a business is not random. It repeats. This is the layer moving into software.
  • Validation. A human architect confirms every finding against that specific business before it reaches the client. This does not change as the AI layer comes in.
  • The report. A ranked, costed list. Each item carries what the fix is worth.

The technology
The pattern library is the product asset. The AI layer reads intake responses against it, surfaces candidate findings with the evidence behind each, and drafts the ranked output for architect review. What previously took a consultant a month of billable hours is being reduced to retrieval plus one architect's validation. That is what makes a fixed price possible, and what lets the same team serve many more businesses without a matching rise in headcount.

Who it is for
SMEs across India and the GCC. Founder-led firms, second-generation family businesses, and companies that grew faster than their structure. Below the price point where bespoke consulting is available, and above the point where generic SaaS or a direct AI tool produces anything usable.

Why it is different
A CRM or dashboard sells the tool and assumes the buyer knows what to install. A consultant re-scopes every engagement from scratch, so the output depends on which person turns up. An AI tool used directly returns generic output with nobody validating it. The Growth Audit has a fixed scope, a defined output, and a human architect checking every finding against a nine-sector pattern library. The method does not vary with the operator, which is what makes it a product rather than a service.

Status
The audit is delivered today at a fixed fee of ₹50,000 exclusive of GST, in two to six weeks depending on functions in scope. The pattern library and scoring logic are defined from live engagements across eleven businesses in nine sectors. The intake and pattern-finding layers are in build.
