REAHMS is a one stop platform which integrates various hardware and services in to a single eco system exclusively catering the palliative and geriatric section of the society.

It will act as a remote health monitoring tool by combining the vital inputs from our own 8 vital parameter measuring hardware device or any other third-party vital monitoring hardware device such as branded Smart watches readily available in the market and will analyse those results to give life changing valuable inputs directly to the patients, their care givers including doctors,  and patients next of kin on a day to day basis.

AI enabled analytics will give valuable inputs and suggestions to the care givers so they can better manage those under their watch. It will also enable the user to make lifestyle changes based on those inputs.

The system will motivate the user to improve his/her health based on a score which will improve or deteriorate based on the changes of user's habits and vitals.
