We rebuilt the pancake from the grain up — using Foxtail and Finger Millet for slow-release energy, balanced with pulses for complete plant protein, then folded in real cocoa chocolate chips and natural vanilla because breakfast should still feel like breakfast.

How to make it

1. Take 50g mix (about ⅓ cup) into a bowl
2. Add 80ml water or plant milk
3. Whisk until smooth, rest 2 minutes
4. Pour onto a hot non-stick pan, flip when bubbles form
5. Stack, drizzle, devour
