Our company proposes a Smart Parking & Mobility Platform designed to address urban traffic congestion and inefficient parking systems in Kerala. The platform combines mobile and web applications with IoT-enabled sensors to provide real-time visibility of parking slot availability, advance booking, and secure digital payments. The project will be piloted in Kozhikode city, with potential expansion across Kerala. Beyond parking, the platform is designed to evolve into a mobility and smart city solution, allowing the company to diversify into multiple digital service areas in the future . 

 Proposed Solution :-

A Smart Parking & Booking System that allows: 

• Users to search and navigate to nearby parking spaces. 

• Real-time slot availability detection through IoT sensors or operator dashboards. 

• Booking and payments via UPI, cards, and wallets. 

• Subscription passes for daily commuters. 

• Admin dashboard for parking operators to manage slots, pricing, and revenue. The system is modular– meaning it can be expanded into broader smart city services (EV charging, corporate parking management, mobility analytics) in the future.

 Market Opportunity :-

• Kozhikode is a growing urban hub with high vehicle density and limited organized parking. 

• Kerala’s Smart City initiatives (Kozhikode, Kochi, Trivandrum) align with this solution. 

• The Indian smart mobility industry is projected to grow to around ₹2.5 lakh crore by 2030. Even capturing a small share of this market in Kerala provides significant opportunities for start-ups like ours.
