Step – A comprehensive assessment and follow-up program, where a child’s academic, cognitive, social-emotional, and life-skill status are assessed. This program helps in identifying children who might have learning or non-learning related problem. Program very similar to annual general health check-ups that are carried out in many schools.

Wise – a School Psychologist program where a trained, qualified Psychologist is assigned to a school to carry out assessments and intervention in a non-intrusive manner.

KYS (Know Your Staff) – Program designed to help schools know their teaching and non-teaching staff better, through psychometric assessments and evaluations. The program measures the personality traits, personal, interpersonal values, capabilities, interests and skills of teachers and staff. Also recommended in recruitment process also to enhance quality and effectiveness of recruitment.
