Traditionally, we find management consultancies setting up offices only in major cities, to cater to the needs of the large business houses.  This focused servicing approach pays them with higher revenues.

However, this attitude of the consultancies negatively impacts the MSMEs located in the suburban or rural areas.  These units hardly find professional help when they need most.

The above situation has led many a unit to under performance, management paralysis and natural shutdown. 

The government initiatives of Start-up Mission, MSME support, Micro Finance are finding results, but probably on an extremely limited scale. 

Along with providing financial help, the target segment must get easy professional guidance.

When the expert guidance trickles down to the business units of remote areas, the country’s economic fabric will be strengthened multifold.

At GSR, by positioning ourselves within the suburban and rural reach, our aim is to give this strength to the economy, at grassroot levels.

Once the MSMEs are health, there is ample scope for management related Research, Education and development of supporting ERP.
