Unlike generic hospital ERPs or single-specialty booking apps, CareWell unifies allopathy, ayurveda, homeopathy, dental, gynaecology, and orthodontic clinics on one interconnected SaaS platform — with deep specialty-specific workflows, Malayalam-native interfaces, and AI capabilities woven into every module.

Patient Mobile App. The platform's network front door. One download gives patients access to every CareWell-enabled clinic in Kerala. Patients can book appointments at any clinic on the network, track live token numbers, receive prescriptions and lab reports digitally, manage family member profiles, set medication reminders, and view their complete cross-clinic medical history in one timeline. Designed mobile-first with low-data optimisation for Tier 2/3 connectivity.

Doctor Module with Specialty Add-Ons. A unified workspace for solo doctors, visiting consultants, and multi-clinic practitioners. The core module provides visiting schedules across multiple clinics, cross-clinic patient lists, AI-integrated prescriptions with drug interaction checks and generic alternatives, treatment plan builders, and revenue analytics. Specialty add-ons unlock deeper workflows: orthodontic five-phase tracking with installment automation, ayurveda panchakarma scheduling and prakriti analysis, homeopathy AI-assisted repertorisation, gynaecology pregnancy and IVF cycle management, and dental tooth-chart treatment planning.

Clinic Administration Module. The control room for clinic owners and front-desk staff. Handles multi-branch management, token and queue flow, walk-in registration, staff role-based access, GST-compliant billing, and real-time revenue analytics. The standout feature is a built-in WhatsApp AI receptionist that answers patient queries in Malayalam, books appointments, sends reminders, and escalates to human staff for complex cases — running 24/7 without manual intervention.

Centralised Pharmacy Management. Connects in-house clinic pharmacies and network partners. Real-time inventory tracking with expiry management, prescription auto-flow from CareWell doctors to pharmacy queue, drug interaction and allergy alerts, Schedule H/H1/X compliance, and integrated patient billing. Patients see their dispensed medicines with images and reminders in their app, with home delivery coordination for chronic care.

Centralised Laboratory Management. Handles in-house labs and network diagnostic centres. Test catalogue management, barcode sample tracking, automated worklist generation, digital report delivery to patient app and ordering doctor, home collection scheduling, and TAT monitoring. Critical values trigger immediate alerts to the ordering doctor.

WhatsApp Booking Layer. Patients can book appointments at any CareWell clinic simply by messaging that clinic's WhatsApp number — no app required. The AI agent handles natural-language conversations in Malayalam, English, and Manglish, shows live slot availability, and confirms bookings within the chat thread.
