Drying is considered as one of the traditional methods used to preserve agricultural product. Products especially like fruits & vegetables would require hot air in temperature range of 45-65ºC for safe drying.

In this work, we have developed a compact and portable design of IOT based solar hybrid system for drying, blanching and sterilization (3 in 1). which can be fabricated using low cost and locally available materials.
