We're developing a user-friendly multi-lingual & multi-currency mobile app tailored for Property Owners, Managers, and Tenants in the Middle East, offering a comprehensive solution for efficient real estate management. Property Owners gain the ability to add unlimited Properties, Managers, and Tenants, with meticulous tracking of individual Units. This enables a detailed financial overview, allowing Owners to monitor rent dues monthly, send reminders, and manage tenant complaints. Additionally, Owners can issue vacate notices, conduct property inspections, and perform due diligence before settling with the tenant.

Property Managers, assigned by Owners, have similar functionalities, excluding access to financial data. On the Tenants' side, the app facilitates online or offline rent payments, receipt downloads, complaint submissions, and receipt of notifications from the Owner.
