An electric three-wheeler in the L5-M category is generally called an electric auto rickshaw. The vehicle is integrated with a high-voltage 72V powertrain system first time in the segment which provides 160+ KM range on single charge. The di-electric immersed liquid-cooled battery pack is integrated into the vehicle to introduce rapid charging within minutes and eliminate the risk of thermal runaway. The vehicle is integrated with nationalized standard charging protocol Bharat DC-001. The vehicle can be charged from any charging station which follows DC-001 charging protocol within 30-40miniutes since the battery pack is capable and safe enough to withstand high current charging. The battery is the heart of the electric vehicle making it the best and safe is the hardest part of Electric vehicle manufacturing. Dielectric cooled battery system for unparalleled temperature control of LFP battery thereby increasing cycle life and efficiency of the battery. This cooling system makes battery cells remain at nominal temperature and thus zero chances for thermal runaway. High voltage powertrain system helps to normalize the energy consumption independent terrain.
