Woower is associated with professionals who can support and guide its members. This includes psychologists, psychiatrists, mentors and coaches. Woowerians can make appointments with them through the appointment booking system. These are woower associates who provide their service in alignment with woower ideology and can help with mid-age crisis management. 

Woower provides opportunities for woowerians to grow with business and career-related webinars and masterclasses. Also, psychological sessions and coaching sessions help woowerians gain confidence and restart. There could be online/offline or hybrid events which are recurring events, virtual events, one-time events, group-only events etc. Everything, including calendars, notifications and meeting links, is built into the system.

Being in like-minded groups makes woower the best place to be in. These communities allow like-minded people with specific interests, say, single parents, nature lovers, travel bugs, software career restarters, cancer survivors, etc., to form private, invitation-only or public groups. Inside the groups, they can create private events specific to the group ideology, share media, create forums, and actively participate in activity feeds. 

Woower provides curated Job listings for women restarters who wish to restart their careers. The platform offers learning opportunities for the employment restarted to participate in webinars, master classes and courses. This helps them fill their career breaks, be ready for interviews, and return to work. 

Woower liaisons with corporates and publishes curated job listings from which woowerians can choose the one apt for them. They can create a digital resume in the platform and can quickly apply for jobs whenever they come across jobs matching their capabilities and need (permanent, freelancer, part-time and temporary contracts) 

Woowerians who are restarts and own small business entities can showcase their business and services and brief about them using woower business spaces. Since woower is a community space, they will get internal woower tractions when they publish offers and events on their activity pages. Woowerian customers can also rate the business, get contact details and connect.
