The invention is to successfully detect and alert when a sleeping old age person or a  patient in observation leaves out of bed knowingly or unknowingly. The process involves sensing the occurrence, sending an RF signal to the receiver unit, start an audible hooter siren and sending remote calls and notifications to mobile devices and phones.  The invention alerts others, relatives, neighbours, doctors etc. using a remote alarm when the patient leaves the bed. This provide timely attention and saves the life of the person.
