Features we built on top: an AI assistant that summarizes long issue threads, drafts replies and answers questions across a project with citations, with PII redaction and per-user consent controls; a visual workflow designer; project templates; automatic issue assignment; a built-in time tracker with timesheets; an append-only audit trail; resource management with capacity heatmaps; daily digest emails; quick inline editing; announcement banners; a GitHub App that links commits and pull requests to issues; and single sign-on with Google and Microsoft Entra. Standard capabilities like Scrum and Kanban boards, Gantt with portfolio view, dashboards, checklists and attachment previews are included on every plan.
The platform runs on AWS with customer-selectable data regions across India, US and Europe, encrypted backups and 24x7 monitoring. HAZERCLOUD maintains active AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner. Pricing is flat per month with no per-user fees, undercutting global competitors from Germany and the Czech Republic. We also migrate customers from Jira and self-hosted Redmine.
