A wearable, IoT-enabled medical device that objectively measures clinical outcomes during Ayurveda treatment. 

• The system uses synchronized multimodal sensing, initially focusing on IMU-based movement and range-of-motion assessment, with planned integration of skin parameters and computer vision-based parameters. 
• The technical advancement lies in combining these biomedical measurements with Ayurveda-specific clinical concepts through a Computational Ayurveda Mapping Engine, enabling quantitative treatment benchmarking and longitudinal outcome assessment. 
• The platform converts subjective, manually assessed treatment responses into structured digital biomarkers and clinically interpretable reports, creating a foundation for AI-assisted clinical decision support and evidence generation in Ayurveda.
