Introduction

Having identified vast opportunity in measuring liquid substances for packing in small area industries. The major requirement we understood is the portability, reusability and also a low cost product.

We propose a low-cost machine in which any liquid form could be measurable and dispensable. The size of the machine to the capacity of the machine may vary from customer to customer. The major challenge we may face while measuring different type of liquids with same machine is that the quantity may vary. Hence in our design we have integrated a calibration method were this situation is taken care. We will be having a common model where we can have many add-on features including money transaction.

Our First Prototype

We have created our first prototype as a milk wending machine on request of a dairy farm having near 8 cows.

• The farmer has to waste his time for random customers arrival to collect milk.
• In market there are lots of milk wending machine available
• Existing wending Machine price is not affordable to a small-scale customer (2.5 lakh to 3 .5 lakh)
• Bulk in size of wending machine.
